Using a torque adjustable ratchet and the torque sequence diagram, sequentially tighten all bolts down to 40lb·ft.
Use this guide to tighten the bolts in the proper order. This will ensure a proper fit between the lips, centers and barrels.


If using the guide, simply follow the instructions to tighten your wheels correctly.

Note: If you are recycling fasteners, then tighten them to 25lb·ft. Keep in mind, this practice is not recommended. Old fasteners can fail (break) during assembly, or even worse: when in use! Replacing every fastener is the ideal way to refinish three piece wheels. This is so not only for safety reasons, but technical reasons as well; it assures a consistent fastener tension and proper seal.
