This blog is dedicated to those who want to rebuild a set of BBS RS wheels on there own, but would like a do it yourself guide, some tips, or even just a little inspiration. When I was refinishing my wheels, I found that although a lot of good DIY resources are out there, none of them were as complete as I would have liked. This blog aims to fulfill this need for a comprehensive and complete guide.
I have rebuilt 2 sets of BBS RS wheels, and I have to say it is one of the most fun, time consuming, and rewarding projects that I have worked on. It can be a little bit intimidating at first, but the process is really much easier than you would imagine. This guide will outline the steps that are required to put your wheels back together once they have been refinished.
This guide is intended to be used as an aide to the re-assembly of BBS RS wheels. Do not attempt to work outside of your ability.
