If you really want to have an over the top set of RS's, you're going to need to detail them. Sometimes those last few bits really set the wheels apart from the crowd. The main part of detailing them is polishing the bolts. This is not for the faint at heart, but either is refinishing a set of wheels from start to finish.

I recommend using a cu-tip or similar and applying a tiny amount of paste to each bolt. This isn't as needed if you replaced your bolts, but if you are using stock bolts, it is almost mandatory. Polish the bolts in the same fashion that you polished the lips. This is time consuming but ultimately yields a great set of wheels.
